Your Homes Connection is a lead generation platform that connects homeowners seeking home improvement services with service professionals. We do not provide the actual home services.

Your Homes Connection does not perform the home services. Network partners and professionals are independent businesses.

User Responsibilities

For Homeowners:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to make decisions about the property
  • You understand professionals may contact you

For Service Professionals:

  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Handle customer information responsibly

Calls, Texts, and Emails

If you request quotes and provide a phone number, you must give prior express written consent on that same form. Consent covers Your Homes Connection and its published partner network, including live agent, automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS/MMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.

Review the partner list and Privacy Policy. You may opt out at unsubscribe.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The quality of service professionals
  • That you will receive quotes
  • The accuracy of information provided by professionals
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

Your Homes Connection is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service or interactions with service professionals. We are merely a matching platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Homes Connection from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
